In addition to your legal rights, we offer you an extended return promise: If the goods are shipped to you between 1 November and 31 December of any year, the goods can be returned until 31 January of the following year, even if more than one month has already passed since receipt of the goods, provided the goods are complete and in the same condition as when they were received. The goods must be returned to the address stated in the cancellation policy. The return deadline is met if you send the goods to this address before the expiry of the return deadline. These return conditions do not restrict your statutory rights and therefore do not restrict your right of cancellation.
