You want to return your STILORD article? This is very easy with us! You have the possibility to return the goods within one month without giving reasons.
Please note the following for your return:
1. Costs
The return costs in case of cancellation are to be paid by you and will not be covered by us.
2. Return address - use our return voucher
Please feel free to download our prefabricated standard form for returns. Enter your data in the corresponding empty fields. Clear the package and return it to the address given. Of course you have the possibility to exercise your right of withdrawal without using the return form:
If you are unable to print, simply enclose the invoice you received from us with the shipment.
