Payment and shipping
Unless a different delivery period is stated in the product description, delivery of the goods in the United Kingdom takes place within 5–7 days, and international deliveries within 5–7 days after order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

By placing this order, I acknowledge that the goods will be dispatched from Germany to the United Kingdom. The VAT applicable there, as well as customs clearance charges and import duties, are not included in the total order amount and must be paid to third parties. I shall be responsible for these costs.
