Would you like to return your STILORD item? No problem! Request your personal return label here. Of course, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. You can find detailed information about the right of withdrawal here.
Step 1
Download Return Label
You can easily download and fill out our pre-prepared return form. Enter your details in the corresponding fields.
If you are unable to print the form, you can include the receipt that we sent together with your order.
Step 2
Prepare your return shipment
Print the label, add postage and attach it to the parcel. Important: place the invoice or delivery note inside the parcel.
Step 3
Send
Drop it off at a parcel shop. Done! You will receive a return confirmation by email as soon as it has been processed by us.
